Commission rules/ ToS

(Pricing and payment)

  1. Full payment in advance. I will only give full refunds if I decide to cancel a commission order myself

  2. Lighting, complicated designs and additional props such as weapons, armor, plushies, wings, are subjected to extra charges.

  3. Payment must be sent through PAYPAL in USD only.

  4. I will start the work after full payment is received.

  5. Wips and revision : You will recieve rough sketch first, to finalise the look. There you can tell me the changes if any.

  6. What you will receive: A high-reso.png of the final product.

  7. Regarding delivery turnaround: Commission can take up to 2 months to compete. Rush commissions may be negotiated with additional charges.

  8. Personal commissions are not applicable to be kept private by the artist.

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE

1. The artist reserves the right to post any deliverables on social media, unless requested otherwise. (Check Privacy Fee)
2. You understand your usage rights, and are responsible for providing information on your intended use of any deliverables.
3. You acknowledge any reproduction of the work, especially reproductions that will be used for profit or commercial uses, is strictly prohibited unless approved by the artist.
4. You will communicate in detail your intended usage, and agree to discuss any changes in additional uses with the artist at any time during and after the project completion, which may be subject to the artist's approval5. You are not allowed to edit or change the commissioned work unless discussed. But you can crop or change the size.

COMMISSION TYPES

PERSONAL COMMISSIONS
Artwork will not generate any kind of profit. Using it for personal use. Using as avator or wallpaper in non profit sites, such as insta, twitter, etc. or as a gift. Printing for yourself for personal use and not for selling.PRIVATE COMMISSIONS
This type of commission will include privacy fee which will be 20% to 50% of total price.
Artwork will not be posted on any social media sites, or use for any kind of profit, or in portfolios or websites by me. As the name suggests it will be completely private.

• LIGHT COMMERCIAL COMMISSION
it includes the right for clients to use the artwork for indirect promotional purpose such as: streaming overlays, panels, schedules, websites icon, stream avatars etc. Reproducing/ selling the artwork from this tier is prohibited. These commissions have lower price range then full commercial use.FULL COMMERCIAL COMMISSION
Commissions under this category are for commercial use. That means the intention of the art you've commissioned is to be used for direct promotional purpose or to be sold, for printing merchandise, using it in MVs or generate any kind of sales, and any related money generating activity of the sort. Prices for this commission is fixed and contains commercial usage right, but please discuss the intended usage and take written approval from me for the commercial usage.
